Metowers, Inc. is a section 202/8
Federally subsidized apartment building for Senior Citizens and
mobility-impaired. This 10 story, non-profit facility features 88
single bedroom units that are designed for the elderly and 10 units
designed for the mobility-impaired. The United Methodist Church Union
sponsors Metowers, Inc.

To be eligible for Metowers, Inc.
you must be 62 years of age or older or mobility impaired.
Legislation requires that priority
be given to those with:
EXTREMELY LOW INCOMES:
1 household
member: $11,550 (gross annual limit)
2 household members:
$13,200 (gross annual limit)
VERY LOW INCOMES:
1 household
member: $19,300 (gross annual limit)
2 household members:
$22,050 (gross annual limit)
Rent is based on 30% of your
adjusted gross income.
A completed application form must
be on file and updated regularly in order to maintain a position on the
waiting list. The waiting list is based on chronological order and need
for mobility-impaired units.
